Rape-healthy for a quality marriage.
According to the bible if you rape a women and she does not scream you get to marry her. I believe the bible. So I feel that the "evils" of rape are way overrated. If we quit locking men up for rape, we can instead marry them to there so called "victims" which will lower taxes and build a healthy biblical society founded on Christian principals.
